I hate exercise but with a husband who thinks he's action man and a 14 year old boy, we had to try bike rsfting. We live in Gran canaria, so finding something a little different to do was difficult. What a great day out. Great value, seeing Teide, tapas with wine or water, sunshine and free wheel down the island. Only bit of pedalling we did was when we reached the bottom and had to pedal a little along the beach. Mauricio and Tomas were great fun and very informative showing the guanche 'timeshare' and so on. Cannot recommend highly enough We went on this trip last week.
